Hi, I’m Jack Zhou, the founder of DFH Logistics, but you can simply call me Jack. I graduated from college in 2008 and have been working in Shenzhen ever since.

My journey into the freight industry started because of my wife, who worked in overseas sales at the time. She often faced shipping issues with her clients’ goods, and to help her resolve these challenges, I began handling shipments myself. In 2009, I managed a few shipments for her, but by 2010, many of her friends started asking for my assistance with their shipments as well.

It was fulfilling to help so many businesses ship goods successfully, so I decided to dedicate myself fully to this career. Initially, I worked alone, but as shipments increased, I couldn’t manage everything by myself. In 2013, I officially founded DFH Global Logistics Limited and built a team of like-minded individuals passionate about helping businesses ship from China to the world.

From 2009 to 2012, I went through a period of trial and error, learning to handle different shipping requirements. I tested various logistics partners for time efficiency and cost-effectiveness to ensure reliable and timely deliveries for my clients. Only partners who met my strict standards continued working with us, as I prioritized safety and punctuality for all shipments.

Over the years, these stable partnerships have allowed us to secure better rates from our carriers and airline partners, giving DFH Logistics a significant pricing advantage over competitors.

I am deeply committed to this work and find it incredibly rewarding. My ultimate goal is simple: to ensure that every customer who chooses DFH is satisfied with our service. I plan to continue this journey for as long as I can.
